Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

 

Shipping Delivery

We ship via Canada Post Ground (3–7 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for this shipping method.

 

Shipping rates

To Canada - Flat rate of $22 via Canada Post 

Not currently shipping Internationally.

 

You become the owner of the products you ordered when Urban Retreat Derma Spa turns your shipment over to the delivery company. You assume all associated risks at that point and Urban Retreat Derma Spa will not be responsible for any loss, destruction or damage.
